rib pain

I have been having a sore, swollen feeling in the bottom of my left breast and in the left side of my bottom rib cage. Also slight pain in the left side of my stomach. When i take a hot shower it helps ease the pain some. What could this be? I don't know if it has anything to do with my problem but I had a baby three months ago.
 
I have a similar pain and I was told it is costochondritis. I don't have stomach pain though, my pain is in the rib cage area on the left side. Is your rib cage on the left visually larger than the right?
