I had Rhinoplasty on Wednesday Nov. 24th around 2:00 PM and left that evening.
The bump on the middle of my nose was shaved down and the ball at the end was shaved down so the tip of my nose is more narrow. My nose wasn't crooked.
I started having problems like Friday night with there being a lot of dried blood in my nose, but now I'm just freaking out.
2 hours ago at 1:00 AM I woke up, walked up to the mirror and my cast had fallen off, I totally freaked out. Well it wasn't really a cast it was like a bandage with a little plastic shield thing taped onto the bridge of my nose.
Well my nose actually looks pretty good, its totally straight but a little swollen on the end.
But I'm still wondering what I should do, is this normal? I was supposed to have the cast taken off on Monday. I'm 17.
I'm scared to touch it at all, but there's bruising around my eyes and I really wanted to apply ice. I'm wondering if it's going to get messed up now that the cast isn't there.
I'm guessing I should call the surgeon tomorrow but it's the middle of the night and I'm scared cuz this wasnt supposed to happen right?...
