Rfactor Nascar sim series TPSCC mod?

On a video on youtube, a guy was using the TPSCC mod for nascar, which i'm using as well, And in the race you can hear the crowd and air horns blaring. I know that in version .150 They had ambient sounds like that. Does anybody know how i can put it in my mod, Does anybody know where to get the file/put the file?
