I saw this this AM. I called CS and asked about my data coverage since I signed up on Monday for the $45 plan. At that time, Unl Mobile Web was included in this plan.

I have "Data Default" where I was expecting Unlimited Mobile Web in my Account screen online.

CS "assures" me that this will display as UNL Mobile Web in 1-2 days. "Oh yes..the IT Dept is working to make this display as UNL Data..." Hmmm...

Are they telling the truth or am I being charged for data? And if so, will I have to fight their Acct and CS depts to get it straightened out?

And no..I have no faith. I've been with cell co's (Especially Sprint) for so long, I am no longer surprised by their capacity for screwing up accounts beyond all recognition.

TIA.

Only three changes to plans in Vegas.

$60 gains Premium Extended Coverage (Metro and the other preferred roaming partners)
$50 gains Premium Extended Coverage (Metro and the other preferred roaming partners)
$30 gains NECA, Unlimited coverage in ALL Cricket Markets. (this is already on all the other plans)

No other changes to Las Vegas rate plans.

Is there a new PRL for metropcs roaming? I have a friend in LA, that updated her PRL last week before she left vegas when the new PRL's were released, and she's been in LA all week, and her phone is still roaming. Soo not sure what she needed to do, I was hoping that she'd be covered when the 12th came on by.

new prl's were not released until yesterday in cricket markets. i've tested every single day and yesterday i got the new one. i too will be using metropcs in LA.

I logged into my account just now while using the browser, and I see a "WP0" entry below "Data Default".

So it looks like the code was added to my account... Thanks for giving me something to look for I so I could check!.

Very much appreciated :)

Huh. Mmm. When I got on board w/ Cricket about two weeks ago or so, those were the rates I was given here in McAllen, Texas.

The Premium Extended Coverage is that the Metro PCS roaming agreement or ???

Forgive my newbness...what is WAP?

ma bad. this was originally communicated that most markets would be migrating, but in fact only two markets were switched to the new standard plans that were previously on different (lead) plans. i believe this is one of the last minute changes that were made.

I just noticed that for me to get the new PRL I had to go there and reapply the 50 a month plan to my phone, then when I did that I got the extended roaming and the new PRL, I assume with the metropcs info in it.
