There are alot of these questions being asked and i have the solution lol. I had the same problem in my car a while back There is two things in your can it could be. One There are a very limited few amplifiers that can truely go down to 1 ohm and those amps are made by treo and zapco. Now dont get me wrong you have a very good amp but with those subs pushing one ohm it sounds like the amp is taking too much of a beating so it will cut off or distort to save itself from actually blowing. I had to learn this the hard way. So what you need to do is parallel both of the subs to 2 ohms that will give your amp a break and i guarentee will fix the problem. Now before you do that you want to check and make sure none of your wires going to your 6x9 or door speakers have over heated. The wires if too hot will split out of their sheethes and split apart only leaving a couple threads of wire touchin which would explain distortion and would cut off if the car went over a bump or turned to quick. So if you check your wires i would check the 6x9 first and if you find the split wire do not sodder them you just need to get connector from the store and you can get a pack of 5 for a buck and you will put one wire on the bottom of the connetor and one on the top so they face each other then you clamp it down with pliers and its set to go
