Reverse Cell Phone Lookup Please Help?

I have a cell phone number I badly need information from, I will not bore you with my problem, I just need help, I have heard about reverse cell phone lookups but am not sure if they work. Can anyone direct me in the right direction, for a reverse cell phone lookup that will provide me with the information I need. All I really want from the cell phone number is a full name and address. I don't mind paying for the service as long as it works and I can get this information from it.
 
you're prob not going to find out who is calling you. most people would not post their own cell #s in an online data base, i know i wouldn't. i know i have looked before, and not had any sucess. you can find out what city their phone is out of and what provider, that is all. unless you wanted to fork out the money and pay for it. if that is the case, you'd prob go to intellius. go to a search engine and search for it.
