So does bell send out a box to send the receivers back in or does the customer pay the shipping cost?

The carbon copy of my contract from 3-4 years ago say it's the customer that pay's the cost. I though if you were no longer under contract they should pay the cost.

I guess they get sent to NESA for refirbishment?

They will send a box with the shipping labels inside since it is their equipment.

If it's a receiver that would be replaced Bell would ship you, in 5-7 buisness day a refurbish receiver to replace your unit. You take out the new receiver, take the papers, put the old one in, stick the Purolator sticker and they will come pick it up FREE OF CHARGE

If it's a receiver you are returning because you are closing an account or have upgraded your equipement EV will ship you 3-6 weeks after the receiver has been deactivated a box with stickers inside to cover the postage charges. Again you call Purolator and they pick it up FREE OF CHARGE
