Anyone out there have "returning" morning sickness (or should we call it all day sickness) , or didn't have it at all and just had it in later pregnancy?
Im going on 31 weeks and Im not sure if this is the flu, if its baby pushing up into my chest (which is causing the nausea) or if this is some kind of returning morning sickness?
