Returning Bell TV rental receiver

You keep the top part of the sticker (the little thin strip). That has your tracking number. The tracking number is the proof it was picked up. Once Purolator has it, it is not your problem anymore.

that's what I did, and I kept a copy of the shipping label, but that strip doesn't prove that you gave it to purolator. If you drop it at staples to go out too they give nothing. It's possible that a customer could say they dropped it off, keep that strip, but never gave it to anyone, and kept it, which I'm sure is what they would say if the box never made it to the sorting plant and got scanned in... It is possible for it to get lost, and I would have no proof that it was sent, if it didn't get scanned....

I know what you mean. I have mine picked up at my work where I know the package will get taken care of by our regular guy.

I have to send back a third receiver now that I have picked up a 6131 to replace my rental 6100. I'm sure they will screw up the return of this one, too...
