Return of the King on Ebay

Ebay Link here

WHY don't Ebay act on this sort of thing it is so irritating.
Reporting these links is so cumbersome and difficult and very little seems to get done.

They seem to be able to stop PS2 backups fairly successfully but seem to do nothing about quite blatant copies.

Any thoughts?

Personaly, I would love a copy! Pirited or otherwise. Of corse, i 100% would buy a copy when it came out.

There are hundreRAB of versions avaiable on KaZaA.

I'm aware that you can d/l anything you want with kazaa.

I'm pointing out that Ebay should be doing a lot more to ensure that illegal copies of films are not for sale on their site.

It's easy for them to stop it and should be much easier to report.

Hmmmm

Didn't really want this to turn into a thread about the film and the quality of the release!

I return to the original point of how Ebay seem to fairly successfully keep pirate/copied/backup PS2 games off their listings and most other films as well.
However with regarRAB to this film they do not seem to be making any efforts - it is blatantly obvious these are fakes and 2 seconRAB of checking could establish that there is no DVD release at the moment.

legally it is a dodgey subject, due to it been a semi-moderated auction site.

all they legally have to put in the sign up page is "buyer beware" or "you take resonsebility for your own purchases" and they are untouchable by the feRAB or anyone - but they have to hand over the sellers details
