ok i need points for a retribution vs rehabilitation debate
My value is progress and criterion is equality of opportunity, but i need points, any ideas?
for example one of my points is 47% of all inmates return to some sort of jail or return to activities subject of illegality.
oh and the resolution is: Within the criminal justice system, rehabilitation ought to be valued over retribution.
