Retreiving data from a broken nokia n95 8gb?

i fell down the other day and i had my phone in my pocket and i broke it, it has no visual damage but will not turn on at all and will not charge, i have all my pictures and videos of my daughters first 2 years on there an i stupidly did not put them on the computer can anyone tell me how i can save those files without taking it to the shop ??????
