Retaking the ACT Test?

I just took the act test today and I'm not sure how I did. I wasn't feeling very well today. I'm thinking about taking it again. The next date is Oct. 24 and I was thinking of taking it again then. My question is can I retake the act before I get your results back from the first test I took? Or do I have to wait awhile. I'm applying to a college in January and want to get a good score on my act before then. Thats why I'm in such a hurry! Thanks!
 
No, you have to wait intill you get your scored back before the next test date, I took it today too. Didn't do that well in science and english, but great in reading and math
