Retailers...?

Ok so I'm new and I'll apologize in advance if this is in the wrong place, but here goes my question.

I somehow got redirected to wirefly.com and I decided to check out some offers. I'm in cingular 15 months into 24 on a contract. They said I wasn't due for an ugrade until December. How does this 3rd party deal with all of those issues? I'm assuming they deal in all the carriers?

Does anybody have any experience with them or any other 3rd party retailers online?
