I am not sure of the different levels of proficiency. I have that I am "familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint" in my resume, but I'm concerned this makes it seem like I don't really know them. Like, I only know how to go into word and type a paragraph, for example. But, I am hesitant to put that I am proficient in these because proficient sounds very advanced to me?? I don't want to lead anyone on with that.
