Ok just got back from nuro dr. im exausted! i have two herniated discs c6 and c7. both are impinging on nerves The nuro dr increased my sleeping meRAB and somoa and started me on pysical thereapy. for the foreseeable future no activity that moves the neck. im glad im leasing rosie out half time so she get some exreersrsise! and that dad can groom her. I get trigger pint injections next week and still a emg in august
