results of my gram stain test? what does it mean?

Direct Smear:The direct smear of the vaginal swab shows few pus cells and epithelial cells. No trichomonas vaginalis or candida albicans seen

Grams Stain:The gram stain of the vaginal swab shows pus cells, gram positive bacilli and occasional gram negative bacilli

Does this convey anything? Doc says take antibiotics and it will be ok but i am curious to know what exactly this shows?
