Results of endoscopy - what could it be

My doctor showed me pictures of the process and indicated that on my pre-pyloric stomach, there are several lumps. He said he biopsied them, but of course the results won't be back for a week. Anyone have any insight? By next Monday I'll be a basket case!
 
I had some polyps in my stomach at my endoscopy. The doctor removed them as soon as he saw them but the biopsy said they were normal.

Sometimes people get weird bumps and lumps inside them. Most of the time it's nothing.
 
I've had several endoscopies and had multiple biopsies with all of them that came back normal.

In my view, I anticipate normal. I figure if they do find something, I'll be grateful it is caught early so it can be treated. Otherwise, I'll stress too much.
