restrictors on a kawasaki ar50?

Dennis b shut the hell you absolute moron, keep your opinions to yourself you prat. The restrictors my friend will be either in the carb or exhaust, the good old ar50 :) how fast you getting out of at moment?
 
ive tuned it with 93cc bore kit, race cdi, ar80 carb, ar80 clutch and there is still something restrcting the engine,
tell me all of the restrcted parts please!

Why not buy a REAL motorbike with a REAL engine, My petrol engine lawnmower has a bigger more powerful engine than that!
