Restrictions on used Cricket phones?

Are there any restrictions signing up for service with a used Cricket phone?

I want to try out Cricket but don't want to be stuck with the phone if I decide after the refund period (30 minutes/30 days) has passed. So, I want to make sure I am allowed to re-sell the phone if it doesn't work out.

I see phones on sale online, but don;t know what (if anything) need to be done to make the phones re-saleable.
 
There are none that I know of... If you decide to leave Cricket, just call in and have your line disconnected, sell/give the phone to a friend or family meraber and he/she can take it to a Cricket store and have it activated under his/her name with a new account/phone nuraber. Just make sure you get it disconnected or it will take about two months before it can be connected to a new account.
