Restricted Call, Car at House, Help!!!!!!!!?

I just received a call on my Verizon phone stating " i am outside your house bitch" as i hung up i heard someone pull out of my driveway then someone drove by twice and honked there horn when they got to my house... Is there a way i can get the number from the caller the phone company wont give it to me
