I got robbed a while ago, and I called the cops and the dude apparently had 2 strikes already on him. He goes to my high school and I was wondering how the restraining order actually CAN and CAN NOT do.
-What if he sends someone after me cause HE himself can't get near me if I put a order on him
-Is there a penalty for that ? Cause I already have his friends and gang members after me, can the restraining order protect me from that ?
