Restoring a 90s car where should I go?

any restoration shop will gladly take ur money.....that being said....they WILL laugh at u for spending 40K+ on fixing a car thats worth wat 3k at most??...but if thats wat u want to do its ur car and ur money good luck
 
Where would I go if I wanted a complete rebuild on everything on my car? I have a 98 Spyder eclipse. I want this model, I like how this car looks. I would rather restore it then buy a new car. Because I always can drop a 2009 or 2010 engine in it because it would fit. The 4g64 is still being used.
