Resting Pulse Rate question!?

I was just wondering what a normal resting pulse rate would be for a 27 year old male. Can a high resting pulse rate cause symptoms, even if your blood pressure tends to the lower end of normal?

I'm asking because as some of you know I've had terrible, unexplainable symptoms for years now and I'm still looking for answers. One thing I've noticed frequently is that when I'm at my rest, I can often "feel" my pulse rate or even my heartbeat sometimes. I think several times when I went to those blood pressure machines at the supermarket, my blood pressure was always on the low-normal side, but my pulse rate was usually in the 90s.

a resting pulse rate in the 90's would probably be considered hi. Usually around 70 is desirable. When I was running mine was around 62 or so. If your pulse was always on the hi side...then 90 might be "your normal" . Bbe sure you are taking a "resting" pulse rate. If you google it you should find instructions on how to get the readings properly.

Blood pressure can also be affected by your recent activities.
