Restarting plan to get curve

I restarted my plan with TMO back in mid February to get a discount on the pearl. Will I be able to restart again in order to get dome discount on the curve when it comes to tmo in the fall. Ice heard some places you can only do it once a year and other places ice heard you can do it as much as you want. Which is it. Thanks
 
You can only do an upgrade in store every 11 months if you call 611 and tell them you want to do an early upgrade they will let you get a discount on the phone and send it to you in the mail, and it will be there within 7 days, only thing is, the discount... isnt that much maybe $50-$100 off the retail value, which is around 500 or so, and considering TMO's version is actually going to have wi-fi that price might actually be a little higher than expected.
