Until they (CA) get a governor that will deal with their illegal immigration problem, the growing entitlement costs (related to immigration), and skyrocketing education costs (again also related to immigration), it doesn't make a difference who the gov is.
They don't want all of their social programs cut but they don't want to pay for them either.
