Resize Icons in Jar File N80 S60 v3

As everybody knows some older Jar files such as MGMaps ans Skyby mobile have small icons displayed when viewed on S60 v3 devices.

I want to edit the Jar file and resize the icons.

What size are the small icons as issued by the vendor and what size in pixels do they need to be changed to to display correctly?

I used to put 48x48px icons in jar files. It's perfect for the Active Standby, but unfortunately the icons are resized in the Menu view to smaller.
