how do i do it. i want to reset my memory and all. i have an i710. i did a master reset and all that did was erase all my contacts. the memory has so many hidden wallpapers and stuff that i cant even access. its real slow, so how do i reset al of the java, ringtones, wallpapers, everything?

On the handset itself, you can only do it one application at a time. If you install some of the software mentioned in the software sub-forums roaming around, you will have the ability to clear the entire memory of the phone in one step by placing the phone into a FlashStrap mode. Read up. You'll learn a lot.

ok, i dont know what flash crap ur talking about. i need to delete the things i cant even see. and in webjal ive never seenanything about reseting, so i dunno what ur talking about either.

Use RSS as the previous poster said. Don't think you will ever truly get the SIM down to zero as there has to be some of it used for storage for your account information that's related to your SIM ID.

thank you for your help. its not just the SIM, its all wallpapers that got ****ed up and i cant delete them cuz they dont show up... ya know? so now how do i go about this RSS recovery? i saw some ppl talking about backing up codeplugs and retarded stuff...

so...how...? CompanionPro?

ok, i figured it out using that agent rss thingy and stuff. but now how come it used to show pictures for the T9 text input and java and stuff, but now its just text...? can i get that back? if not, can i change that text? thatd be sweet

Are you talking about the images you see after power cycling the phone? If so, you can find these images by searching for them here or in HowardForums site. I use both and know I ran across them in one or the other. If not, I'm sure someone can e-mail them to you and tell you where they should go. It's getting to the point now where I think you woul have been better off going to the local Walgreens and putting the SIM on that thing at the register that says not to put your credit cards on it.
