I'm planning on opening a shop. This shop consists of furniture and home decor mainly, but the difference between a regular 'ol shop and mine is that it will be focused on "rescued" and reupholstered furniture.
In other words, this will be used but renovated furniture.
Now my question is, what kind of resale certificates, licenses, etc. will i need in order to open my shop? I know there is like a specific license for pawn shops and thrift stores, but i really don't know exactly what type.
Is there and sites or places i could find out, or at least a guideline i could start with?
