I have a sellers permit but need a licence of some sort to buy salvaged vehicles in CA from an online site called "Copart" What would be the simplest and cheapest licence that will allow me to do this? Can I use an Occupational "Sellers Licence" to do so, even if I do not work for a dealership of any sort?
