Requirements for Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage?

My Canadian fiance and I (I'm a Filipina) are planning to get married soon in the Philippines.One requriement that we'll need for our marriage license is his Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage, Does anyone here knows how long would it take to get this affidavit done? like if it will take days or it can be done in just a day?. And what are the requirements that he will need to submit.
