The contract with America was a series of points that the Republicans had it was not one total idea but with that said I think we need to go with something like "Our promise to the people," and have it contain key true conservative beliefs:
1) reduce the size of the government
2) tax cuts for everyone
3) make our government more efficient
4) Patriotism (IE We are America we put a man on the Moon, we stopped the USSR, we played a key role in stopping Hitler, if we can do that we can come up with alternative energy)
