What are your views on the clean air act and clean water act???

I am a republican and would support bills to help the environment if they weren't as crazy as cutting water to a part of california to save an ameba or tadpole then come pair it to perl harbor when a bill is brought before you to get water to the farms without hurting the ameba or tadpole
