I was involved in a accident the other day. I reported the accident to my insurance company the following day. By law, does the other driver have to report the accident? He was the one that hit me, i did not hit him. I just want to know because i want to take my car to get it fixed but not sure if i should wait for a couple of days before i get it fixed?
