I installed it, entered my key, and its all set. I opened it up the first time and it asked a bunch a questions like if I wanted to start recording now, if I wanted tips to show, and I turned everything off. I then clicked on Record Now and went on youtube, but it didn't record anything. I tried restarting my PC, but still nothing. What could be wrong?
