I would like to modify the grill on my 1999 Chrysler Concorde LXi. I would like to remove the black plastic cross pieces and replace them with a Chrome Mesh, however I need to remove the entire grill in order to properly make my modifications. Anyone know if I have to remove the bumper or not? If I do, please let me know and tell me where the screws and mounts are. If you have never worked with the bumper on a 1999 Chrysler Concorde, please do not answer. I do not want guesses, but answers. Thanks!
