You can always get a new phone if you're willing to pay for it! Where are you in your contract period? If you're at or past the 2 year typical contract term Verizon may even give you a credit towards a new phone. If there's a problem with the phone you have now (not caused by you dropping it or something) take it back to where you got it, explain the tech glitch and ask what they can do - they may be able to swap you a refurbished phone of a similar type to yours for no charge. But they won't give you a brand new, just out of the box phone for no fee (most likely).
