Replacing a Fuel pressure regulator on a 98 Chevy Blazer?

I have a 98 Chevy blazer 4 door, 4X4 V6. And I just recently bought a new fuel pressure regulator. But I'm having a problem trying to find where the things located under the truck. I've been told under the intake manifold and I've been told on top of the fuel tank. Now I know that's two totally different locations. And if you do know where it is, how hard is it to get to?
 
It's located on the engine. Who diagnosed the problem for you. If you have no clue to where it is located, I would get it to a professional asap. If you want to research it online, try alldatadiy dot com.
