Replacing a Bumper on a Chrysler 300m?

I have a Chrysler 300m, I hit a coyote and it damaged my bumper right below the blinker which made the blinker pop out, that whole are is broken. I was wondering how much it would cost for me to purchase a new one and do it myself, if it is to much work to do it myself how much would it cost for a professional to do it.
 
Unless you know how to paint, you won't be doing it yourself. To have the job done properly between a bumper, paint and install will run around $800 if just the bumper cover is damaged.
