Replacing a 2006 Mazda 3 dash?

I had a cracked dash and my dealership replaced it under warranty. A few days after taking it home my air conditioning wouldn't turn on until approximately a minute after turning on the car. When I went back to the dealership they told me my fan was getting too much current which made the relay and the fan go out. I believe this is something that was caused when they replaced my dash but they said it is not. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I have tried to find information on the internet but can't find what I'm looking for.
 
If you are still under 3 years, 36,000 miles, doesn't matter what it was caused by.
It should be factory bumper to bumper warranty covered and fixed for free.

If you are out of bumper to bumper warranty, you have to pay yourself.

if you're vehi is still under warranty they need to fix it and fix it fast don't take their word for it either take it to another dealershp or talk to the service manager hir manger so on and so on until you get this repaired or have them prove to you with paperwork how is not related or covered under warranty
