Replacing 77 Buick 403 Water Pump?

Ok i ran into a snag with my water pump replacement. Im not the worlds greatest mechanic but i am pretty sure i can remove this damn pump the one problem i have is with the power steering belt, i cant find a way to loosen the belt. i did some research on the internet and they said that the power steering pump should have a pivot like the alternator does but after looking i cant find anything resembling a pivot style, so basically how do i take the damn belt off lol
