This is going on the 5th replacement Blackberry Pearl that I am going to receive in two days. I just have lost all of my high expectations on getting a phone that will actually be in working condition. This phone that I have now the mute button is very loose and when I call ed T-Mobile, I didn't even ask them to send me a replacement phone they were like ok we're sending you out another replacement phone. I was like OK, I guess thats about the end of that conversation I guess, but all I wanted to know was if I could live with that you what I mean.
