Couldn't be happier with this bike. Picked it up a little over a week ago. Honestly I haven't been on this site in months but I'll be back again now. Tons of good info and I need to bond with fellow shark nosers......
If anybody cares about the numbers...It's the 2010 Road Glide Custom, Black Denim, with ABS, Security and Cruise Control. $18,800 plus about $3,000 in accessories on order including detachable matching tour-pak, seperate detachable backrest, speakers, all smoked LED lighting around the tour-pak, the smoked airwing light etc etc (total of parts is $3,561.05, discounted 20% to $2,971.02 including labor). Total selling price was $21,956.85. I traded my '02 and received $8,200. According to the sales guy at HD Atlanta (John Jansen...great guy, go see him) they sold it a few days after trade for about $300 more than what I got. Financed about 15k at 4% through my credit union for a pretty decent payment.
The performance is night and day from the '02. I've only put about 300 miles on it so far. My 12 inch smoked klock werks windshield was delivered today and I just put it on. I wanted to try the super-reduced reach seat so it's on order (although at 5'7, with heeled boots on I'm pretty comfortable on this bike as is). The reach seems kinda far to the bars so hopefully the seat will help with both but we'll see. Matching passenger footboards on order for the little woman.
