Replace speakers in my '01 Cavalier?

remove the part of the door, then repleace the speaker
try to take away all the screws of the doors, then pull it out, its kind of easy but be careful you break something.
 
How do get into the door to change the speakers in my 2001 Chevy Cavalier? Yes I know its old but shes still kickin... too bad the speakers are done!
