I bought a pretty decent 700c Alexrims wheel (R450) that has a low-grade Quando hub that I am thinking of upgrading to a Hope Mono hub. A local bike shop told me it is impossible to keep the wheel true after replacing a hub. Is that true? I don't see anything, theoretically, that would substantiate that claim.
