Replace 2002 Jeep Liberty battery cables?

I need to replace the battery cables in my '02 Jeep Liberty. When I looked under the hood I couldn't tell what was what as far as the battery cables are concerned. There seemed to be all sorts of wires that had been combined in tubing and taped with electrical tape. I tried checking out Autozone but they don't carry the correct cables they said. Does anyone know how to go about changing the positive and negative battery cable and where I could get them? A link to the correct product would be very helpful. Thanks!!
 
you have to take off the bad cable and take it in for the proper size. you have to take the wire loom off im sure theres more than 1 wire running to the starter
