im a guy. i haven't had sex with my girlfriend in a couple weeks. There is something wrong with my blood-- low white blood cells. I have to go to a hematologist (blood doctor) on friday. Will he be able to tell i have had sex from the blood work he does?
And are there any STD's that cause low white blood cells?
