Repeat notifications for GMail and Calendar alarms?

Yeah I've been using the GMail Notifier app now for a few days and it works flawlessly. It's set to repeat all the time techdaring, you can't turn repeat notifications off as that's the whole point of the app. Are you sure you're not confusing "GMail Notifier" (which you have to download yourself from the Market) with just "GMail" that comes with your phone?

Anyway, you run the GMail Notifier app, click the Settings button, and in there you can set the ringtone, vibration mode, repeat interval, notification icon, style, LED mode/colour.

Now if only there was such an app for Calendar notifications...

Hi, you should try the Nudnik application. It does exactly that. Nudnik will add repeating alarms to your Calendar events. Try out the free version first. In the full one you can put Snooze, Shake-to-stop/snooze the alarm, popup screen and much more.

Try it out!

Thanks for the tip, but there's no need. I really should have come back to this thread and mentioned this, but I ended up writing my own app called Calendar Notifier, which I've made available to everyone on the Market for free.

It offers:Small size, under 100K.No constantly running background services.Repeat notifications.
Advanced power management achieved by:Adjusting the alarms? phase fire to times that the phone will be woken by other processes, thus avoiding waking the device from sleep more than necessary.Adjustable Calendar search interval.Limiting Calendar searches to 24 hours max.Adjustable repeat notification interval.Vibration toggle.LED toggle.Flash screen toggle.
Customisable notifications:Notification repeat times.Alarm tone.Vibrate duration.Insistent notifications.LED flashing speed.LED colour.Screen flashing.Option to launch Calendar app, or any other application, on clicking notification.Themed icon to match Voicemail Notifier (another of my apps) and Gmail Notifier by Jonas Larsson.
