i think its asking for the Sim card.
and how can i change its lng to Eng.

As all knows, FREIA was a great software, and I still use FREIA now. But when a FullFlash backup is maded with Joker, it should be used with Joker. My flash backup was maded with Joker, and the really good stuff in Joker is we can change the languages in phone without WinSWUP, just write other language pack (must be the same version) with Joker, and it's all OK. That's why I use Joker so much!

BTW: Does it say Insert Sim with the Sim inside?
 
Bro i can tell u with 100% Sure what does it say after Changing its language to English.Can u tell me how can i change *#9999# and *#0000# Don't Work.

Why do you need v24 or higher? You are wrong.. you can downgrade the phone and the phone will still working!
And why do you need Intel flash?
Just use the v21 AMD flash posted by me in this thread! It seems you haven't read all posts in this thread!
Read this post, flash your phone and post results!

Board is multi level. Testpoint is on the first level, but unfortunately under it is line for sim reader. Be carefuly!
 
Deep cut may caused "Insert SIM", because there is the wire to sim reader on second level is. Repare ONLY by microscope.
