first i would strip away the old paint then take it in to your local paint shop, should run you about 75 to have it properly painted. if you dont strip and clean it before you go to have it painted then you will be looking at n addition prep and labor charge.
they did not use flex agent in the paint. common mistake. just do the prep (strip and smooth) and take it to a body shop and have them shoot the color with flex agent mixed in. call and get quotes you will need the paint code and make sure you tell them its a bumper. most shops can shoot it for under 100 bucks.
